A highly experienced banker with over three decades of leadership experience in SME banking and supply-chain finance. As an award-winning accountant and fellow member of the Charter Association of Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, Jasmine has held diverse roles across Commercial Banking (CMB), Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF), and Risk Management at HSBC across different geographies. She previously held positions such as HSBC CMB’s Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), GTRF’s Regional Head for Business Development for MENA and Turkey, and HSBC China’s Country Head GTRF. Currently, she serves as CapBay’s director.

A determined and disciplined risk-taker, Xing Xian is passionate about improving the efficiency of the financial industry. He first discovered his passion for finance when starting with Credit Suisse in London, following his graduation on Scholarship. Xing Xian later joined MarketInvoice, the largest invoice trading platform in the UK, and Creador, a leading private equity firm in Malaysia. Prior to CapBay, he worked as a management consultant at Accenture, where he implemented technology and analytics strategies for numerous major corporations. Xing Xian holds an MSc in Computational Finance from Oxford University.
A dedicated and detail-oriented perfectionist, Edwin is passionate about advancing the development and growth of Malaysia. After graduating on scholarship, Edwin became a corporate finance advisor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Sydney, where he provided guidance on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on real assets and commodities. Edwin holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford University.
Darrel is an entrepreneur with a background in investment banking and has a deep passion for driving growth of the FinTech industry in Southeast Asia. Before his tenure at Credit Suisse in Singapore, Darrel assumed regulatory roles in Bank Negara and financial services consulting at Oliver Wyman London. During his time at Credit Suisse, Darrel played a key role in executing several large IPOs and placements across Southeast Asia. He holds an MSc in Engineering, Economics, and Management from Oxford University.
